Enhancement of a Trial

Pro trial is one of the first touchpoints with a user. In this case, we were experiencing a big drop off right after trial. In this study, we mapped a user journey through the trial, identified development areas and proposed an action plan for increase of user satisfaction.

After succesfull implementation of proposed changes, we recorded 5.7% increase in conversion rate.
